Ha, that's funny, Eryn. I actually shouldn't have called this a rollerskating LESSON because the only part I had in it all was putting the skates ON. He just took off. He has never really had any fear of stuff like that. He did fall a lot, but didn't seem to mind that much.

his comment is so funny. I can still remember my brothers insisting at that age that their new tennis shoes made them run faster. They were SURE of it! :)
that must be a boy thing, shawna, cause patrick insists on the same thing. with each new pair of shoes or sandals, "look how fast i can run now, mom! do you see the smoke from my feet?"

ella, too, got rollerskates recently. she loves them. although it looks as though ethan is doing a bit better! she is still hanging onto daddy.
