Why does potty training take so long? :)

Thought for the day:

If I wonder why something trying is allowed,
and press for prayer that it may be removed;
if I cannot be trusted with any disappointment,
and cannot go on in peace under any mystery,
then I know nothing of Calvary love.

Micah and I were chatting on our date night about the fact that when things are hard and trying if we rest in the Lord's strength somehow they become bearable and joyful.(not easy)
Praying for you and Ethan...

Life is like a teabag, you have to put it in hot water to find out how strong it is.
I hate potty training. Hate it. With a capital H. I've successfully done it 5 times, but I still Hate it.

My thoughts exactly!

It was about a week ago that I told Andy I was giving up and could not handle potty training anymore. He said, "no you aren't". It was the very next day when they had no accidents and have done great since.

My expectations were skewed because Leyla had no accidents after only 3 days of working on it...
Hang in there!

I'm scared to say this, but the last 2 days with Ethan have been awesome! He's doing so good! No poopy accidents for 2 days!

Jenica, I was at the same point as you, just ready to put diapers back on him. Except I'm too stubborn for that, since he's totally urine trained, and since I'm loving the diaper savings. :)
