Looks yummy!

Just so you know, I made a triple batch of the Cauliflower Soup for the party and it filled HALF of that roaster. PW's servings seem to be consistently off. (and side with GENEROUS!)

I saw that you were making homemade yogurt. Have you made it before? If so, how did it turn out? Where did you get your starter? I've been thinking about making some, but haven't quite taken that leap. I'm really curious though.

Jeni, the recipe I have works great. We love it! I can send it to you if you want. It just uses a little plain Dannon as a starter, although this time I am using some plain Stonyfield stuff I already had. I think the idea is just something with live cultures in it. Then you use the yogurt you make as a starter in your next batch.

Hope that helps! It's super easy, so let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks. I forgot to check back and see if you responded and in the meantime found a recipe. It sounds the same as yours. I'm going to try it next week. We'll see how it goes.
